Tracy Marie Olivia Gomis is the founder of the 71 Agency and has over 18 years of experience in interior design. She previously ran a short-term rental management company in Dubai, but decided to stop, realizing that her true passion lies in creating exceptional guest experiences rather than managing bookings and platforms.
This led her to build the 71 Agency around guest happiness, combining expert interior design, tailored services, and personalized concierge offerings. Tracy now works with property owners in Dubai who want full control over their booking platforms, keeping 100% of their payouts, while her team handles everything—from high-end interior design to enhancing guest experiences and reviews.
With her extensive design expertise and a background at one of the most prestigious 5-star hotels on La Croisette in France, Tracy ensures every property maximizes both style and guest satisfaction.
